TRANSALLIANCE will keep proof of the transaction, including the order form and the invoice, in its computer systems under reasonably secure conditions.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the company's legitimate interests insofar as it is necessary to store the information linked to the contact form in order to be able to respond to it in the best possible way. 

The information collected will be communicated to the following recipient only: This data will be processed in our sales department and will be transmitted to some of our service providers. 

If no transactions are carried out between TRANSALLIANCE SAS and your company for a period of 3 years, your data will be completely deleted.

In accordance with the provisions of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you will retain the right to inspect your information. You may access it, rectify it, request that it be modified and deleted and you may exercise your right to restrict its processing. You may exercise these rights at any time.
